Our  agency was born to give an answer to those who desire to seek a property in the ligurian hinterlands, in the immediate vicinity of San Remo, at a reasonable cost and in a zone which has remained intact in the sense of nature, vital for the prevaling agriculture and authentic for human values, for traditiions and for the the love of the genuine and typical cuisine and fresh profume of the aromtic herbs which grow spontaneously in the area.

Most of the properties which we offer are partially or completely to restructure, and we are able to offer a consultance by profesionally adequate persons, architects, local technical and freelance, able to offer you the assistance and service required  for the property you would like to acquist., showing  the modes and times needed for the the intervention, giving estimates on  costs of restructuring, projects and following all the necessary administrative procedures and monitoring all the workings with transmissions via e.mail, complete with photographs which document all the phases of the works.

Our offers are concentrated particularly in the Communes of Ceriana and Baiardo in the Armea Valley, situated east of San Remo and near the rinomated  artistic centre of Old Bussana. We prefer to limit ourselves to this Valley, first because of it's particularity and, secondly,  because we wish to offer a service in a zone relatively concentrated  in a variety of alternatives and choices and we believe to offer a specialised service  in this portion of territory.

In the centre of the Armea Valley rises Cerian (3.25 a.s.l.), old medieval town, with a distance of about 20 minutes (12 km) from the coast, one of the most vast and characteristic towns of the Ligurian Ponent.  Completely  constructed on rocks, Ceriana is a town with about 1,200 habitants, with numerous shops of general wares, bars and restaurants.  It is furnished with a bank, pharmacy, post office, hotel and agricultural  residence, two General Practioners, a Dental Studio, and the school service offers from the Nursery to Secondary School.  

Practically the town offers all the services which can ensure a comfortable, peaceful and very possible opportunity to live or to pass a pleasant holiday.  

Here there is the possiblity to see the processions of the religious fraternities during the  Easter week, participating at a splendid festival of  Earth music typical of  the region, the Sausage and Chestnut Fairs, and numerous other Summer events of the rich hinterland region.

The surrounding territory is an authentic Paradise for nature lovers.  There are areas of Mediterranean beauty with Maritime Pines, wild Rosemary and Myrtle, typical earth terraces with dry wall structures homing coltivations of vines and olives and huge woods of chestnut and oak trees hiding a vast selection of mushrooms. 

Continuing the road from Ceriana, you find yourself at Baiardo, a small town with a magnificent panorama, showing the sea view from the French Coast to the snow covered mountains in the Alps, accessible in a few minutes.  Here we have various solutions in the town centre and in villas in the surrounding area, at very interesting prices.
